During the project activities at the site of the customer, Yxion personnel always cooperate with the internal project teams. Yxion delivers a "training on the job" for your project personnel, in which knowledge is transferred to validation staff, operators and maintenance engineers. We can also arrange specific training on special SOP's or subjects, such as general GMP issues, water systems or QMS.

Besides this, every quarter Yxion arranges a meeting of the "Yxion Academy" at the Yxion office in Amsterdam. During these meetings a presentation/lecture is given on specific topics. Clients are also welcome to join these meetings at no charge. Subjects that will be treated are:

• GAMP5
• general GMP principles
• QMS
• Risk Assessment
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
• GMP water systems

For the autumn 2011 one presentations is scheduled; subject still to be determined.
