Quality Management System
The Quality Management System (QMS) is the basis of the whole quality system and includes both routine operations and implementation of new projects or changes to existing installations.
Yxion can support in setup, implementation and training of the company wide QMS:
- Corporate and organisational main procedures (e.g. training)
- Division/department management procedures (e.g. change control)
- Operational and working instructions (e.g. SOP's)
The QMS covers, according to cGMP guidelines, all procedures regarding QA, QC, Premises & Equipment, Manufacturing, Raw Material & Logistics and Packaging. As part of the QMS system, document and data control systems will be implemented and trained.
