During the execution of a project the project managers of Yxion can take care of the complete range of activities from design up until the handover to the end user. This includes coordination of all internal and external activities, cost, schedule and quality control during all phases of the project, preparation and execution of FAT, SAT and validtions en organising and chairing project meetings.

Specifically for the construction phase the construction manager will take care of:

• daily coordination between all parties on site
• safety
• work permits
• communication punch items to project manager
• check of daily progress
• "real time" verification of quality of completed works
